Built for how
fans actually watch.

Ten leagues. One extension.

NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS, WNBA, PWHL, NCAAB, NCAAF, NCAAMH — monitored simultaneously, all the time.

Set it once. Watch everything.

Open your streams, assign them to games, walk away. ArenaSwap handles every switch from that point on.

See why. Every time.

Score closeness, late-game pressure, momentum, lead changes, comebacks — each signal is visible in real time. No guessing.

Your rules. Your game.

Dial sensitivity up or down, set a cooldown, boost games with your favorite teams, and filter to the leagues you care about.

Ten leagues.
If it's live,
it's covered.

Five sports. One place. ArenaSwap monitors every league at once so you don't have to choose which game to watch — just watch the best one.

Open.
Assign.
Done.

01

Open your streams.

Pull up your games in separate browser tabs — any service that works in a browser works with ArenaSwap. No special setup.

02

Assign each tab once.

Open the extension, find each game in the list, and connect it to the right tab with a single dropdown. Done.

03

The best game finds you.

Every 15 seconds, ArenaSwap scores every live game and switches to the most exciting one. You just watch.

The score behind the score.

ArenaSwap runs a live algorithm called PowerScore — a 100-point measure of how exciting a game is, right now.

Five independent signals feed into it. Games with frozen clocks — halftime, timeouts — take a penalty so ArenaSwap doesn't switch during a stoppage. Favorite team? Add a bonus.

84/ 100

Example: tied NBA game with 2 minutes left, active momentum

Closeness(max 30 pts)
28

How tight is the margin? A tied game scores maximum points. The wider the gap, the lower the score.

Late-Game Pressure(max 30 pts)
26

Excitement compounds as the clock winds down. Exponential boost in the final minutes — overtime maxes the scale.

Momentum(max 20 pts)
14

Unanswered scoring runs shift the energy of a game. An 8-2 run in basketball or a 3-goal stretch in hockey drives this score up.

Lead Changes(max 12 pts)
10

Back-and-forth games are more exciting than one-sided affairs. Multiple lead changes in recent history push this score to its ceiling.

Comeback(max 8 pts)
6

Is the trailing team clawing back? A big deficit being erased is one of the most thrilling narratives in sports.

Sensitivity too high? Slow it down. Want to keep watching your team even when the other game heats up? Add a bonus. ArenaSwap works however you need it to.

  • Sensitivity (1–7)

How large a score gap needs to be before ArenaSwap switches.

  • Switch Cooldown

Minimum time between switches — stops rapid tab-flipping.

  • Switch Delay

Wait before switching — useful when streams lag behind live data.

  • Favorite Team Bonus

Extra points for games involving teams you care about.

Currently: NBA, WNBA, NFL, NHL, PWHL, MLB, MLS, NCAAB, NCAAF, and NCAAMH — ten leagues across basketball, football, hockey, baseball, and soccer. You can toggle each league on or off in settings.

No. ArenaSwap is completely free, requires no account, and collects no personal data. Everything runs locally in your browser. Scores come directly from ESPN's public API.

Yes — as long as your stream runs in a browser tab, ArenaSwap can switch to it. This includes ESPN+, Peacock, Paramount+, YouTube TV, Hulu, and any other browser-based stream.

Live game data is polled every 15 seconds. When no games are live, the extension shifts into a low-power dormant mode and checks less frequently to save resources.

PowerScore is a 100-point scale combining five signals: Closeness (30 pts), Late-Game Pressure (30 pts), Momentum (20 pts), Lead Changes (12 pts), and Comeback Factor (8 pts). Games with frozen clocks (halftime, timeouts) receive a penalty to avoid switching during stoppages.

Yes. You can unassign a tab from a game at any time using the dropdown in the popup, which removes it from automatic switching. You can also adjust the sensitivity to reduce how often switches happen.

Yes. When ArenaSwap switches to a game, it unmutes that tab and mutes all other assigned tabs — so you always hear the right broadcast.

Yes, ArenaSwap is open source. You can find the full codebase on GitHub, including the PowerScore algorithm package.
