Ryan Mullin, a senior at Camden Catholic High School, will attend Northeastern University this fall, studying computer science and business administration.
The combined major runs across two colleges at Northeastern, Khoury College of Computer Sciences and the D’Amore-McKim School of Business, pairing a computer science curriculum with business coursework. Northeastern’s co-op program, which builds full-time work terms into the undergraduate degree, was one factor among several in his decision.
Mullin has been building websites for clients since high school. He built and shipped the site for The Book Nook Project, a Philadelphia-area nonprofit that gets books into the hands of underprivileged children, and a full team site for the Deerwood Tritons summer swim team.
