Ryan Mullin has been accepted to Husky Ambassadors and begins training this month to work in Northeastern University Admissions as an admissions ambassador. Students typically join later in their time at Northeastern; Mullin was accepted in his first year.
Ambassadors represent the university to prospective students and their families, running campus tours, information sessions and panel discussions for audiences that include high school students and transfer applicants.
Mullin did the same kind of work before college. At Camden Catholic High School in Cherry Hill, N.J., he was the admissions project manager, leading a team of 10 students on recruitment events and giving student panel presentations to prospective families.
